Mobile Phone Access Instructions:

To Open the gates with your Mobile device: 

• Download the Storage Genie App from the following URL:

                   Click the link ->  Get the app

• Open the app and select the Basecamp Aurora Storage 

• Follow App instructions to setup your account
  

1. Select your storage unit ( perhaps A1 etc) 
2. Put the digits for your Gate Code in the "Entry Code" field
3. Leave the "Private Code" blank

 ** Be sure to only include the digits in your "Entry Code" field

• Make sure Bluetooth access and "Enable Location" or "Allowed Location" are selected to ensure automatic opening

 2.  Basecamp Aurora Storage gate usage: 

• For the security of your ( and others’ ) vehicles.. NEVER – EVER allow tailgaters into the property. – Monitor the gate and wait for it to close when you have opened it.
